Tim Zeeb applies his expertise in financial and operations management to turnaround and crisis management engagements, with particular expertise in the automotive industry.
Mr. Zeeb performs business valuation analyses, prepares financial projections, manages cash and assists with customer and creditor negotiations, in addition to other activities that are critical in crisis situations. He has supported sale and refinancing transactions and has acted at length as an advisor for US Chapter 11 and Canadian CCAA processes.
Before joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Zeeb was a Turnaround, Account and Acquisitions Manager at a multi-billion dollar European automotive supplier where he had responsibility for the financial turnaround of under-performing programs and managed commercial activities. In addition, he managed program acquisitions, developed and maintained financial business plans, managed collections, and was a member of business takeover and joint venture development teams. Prior to that, he was at Venture Holdings Company, where he assisted in the financial management associated with the Company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization. Mr. Zeeb has further wide-ranging experience within the automotive industry, including Finance, Program Management, Operations and Business Development.
Mr. Zeeb is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and American Bankruptcy Institute. He received his Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and his Bachelors Degree from Grand Valley State University.
