Tim Martinez specializes in providing turnaround and crisis management services to distressed and underperforming companies in out-of-court and formal bankruptcy settings in a variety of industries including manufacturing, automotive, services, food and beverage, government, and real estate. He has extensive experience serving businesses in the US and Latin America where he has held senior financial and operations roles.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Martinez was an Associate in the Global Services Consulting group at Plante & Moran where he led the successful turnaround of a retail service company headquartered in Mexico City with 1300+ employees located in 13 offices throughout Mexico.
Mr. Martinez received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Xavier University in International Business and Accounting. Mr. Martinez is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Invsolvency and Restructuring Advisor and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors.
