Josh Siano provides turnaround and crisis management services for companies facing insolvency and bankruptcy in a variety of industries. He is actively involved in the implementation and monitoring of business reorganizations, debt restructurings, and strategic turnaround plans. Mr. Siano has advised both debtor and creditor institutions and has performed numerous operational reviews and financial evaluations. In addition to providing the above services, Mr. Siano specializes in restructuring cash management systems to improve efficiency, enhancing financial and operational controls, and implementing cost saving initiatives. Mr. Siano also provides advanced cost management services, interim management services and sell side advisory services.
Before joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Siano was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Attestation and Business Advisory Services Group, providing solutions for accounting issues and participating in the acquisition and divestiture of companies of various sizes.
Mr. Siano is a Certified Turnaround Professional, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and Turnaround Management Association. He has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from North Carolina State University.
