Jeff Huddleston provides restructuring, strategic planning & forecasting and merger & acquisition advisory services with a focus primarily on companies in the energy sector. His experience in this sector includes upstream oil & gas, refining and oilfield services. Outside of energy, he has been involved in a number of other sectors including restaurants, gaming, construction materials and metals & mining.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Huddleston’s experience includes the Turnaround & Restructuring Practice of Alvarez & Marsal where he was actively involved in the energy sector. Prior to joining Alvarez and Marsal, he was a Manager in the Energy Corporate Finance practice of Arthur Andersen where he managed restructuring and M&A advisory matters, primarily in the upstream oil & gas and oilfield services sectors. His other experience includes serving as Director of the Strategic Planning & Analysis group of Service Corporation International, where he led a team that advised operations and senior management on matters relating to forecasting, strategic planning, M&A transactions and margin improvement initiatives. He also served as the Corporate Planning Manager for Landry’s Restaurants.
Mr. Huddleston is a Certified Turnaround Professional and Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor. He is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
