Jeff Addison provides turnaround and crisis management services for under-performing companies. His experience includes treasury management, performing viability analyses, preparation of integrated financial projections and financial due diligence for a variety of stakeholders. Mr. Addison has been involved in numerous bankruptcy proceedings as well as out-of-court restructurings and orderly wind-downs in a variety of industries.
He has also served as an interim executive; including serving as the interim Chief Financial Officer for a distressed middle-market paper converter and the interim VP of Finance and Treasurer for a middle-market service provider of ATM machines.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Addison was a Senior Associate in the Advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where his experience included business recovery, litigation support and government contract consulting. He has served on engagements in a variety of industries including automotive, advertising, aerospace and defense, food processing and manufacturing.
Mr. Addison has a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
