Emily McLain Petrovski is a Senior Associate for Conway MacKenzie and specializes in providing turnaround consulting and crisis management services to both performing and under-performing companies in the automotive, manufacturing and financial services industries. Additionally, she provides merger and acquisition and capital raising services for the Capital Advisors group and research and analysis of various levels of information, including both corporate, financial and industry specific.
Mrs. Petrovski has served clients in the context of bankruptcy, out-of-court restructurings as well as transactions including mergers, acquisitions and liquidations. Some of her experiences include: crisis management, turnarounds and liquidations of automotive suppliers, and crisis management and sale of a factoring company and mergers and acquisitions of automotive suppliers.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mrs. Petrovski was a Senior Analyst at The Martec Group, a market research and business consulting firm located in Southfield, MI. Her focus was the chemical industry in both the medical and personal care markets.
Mrs. Petrovski received her Bachelor of Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan in Industrial and Operations Engineering and her Masters of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University. She is a member of Turnaround Management Association and Michigan International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (MIWIRC).
