Dave Jones has over twenty-one years of experience in turnaround management consulting and specializes in crisis management and turnaround consulting for financially troubled businesses. He performs financial, operational, marketing, management and manufacturing analysis for the purpose of determining the viability of a business and developing a survival, sale or liquidation plan. He is accomplished at implementing and monitoring detailed business plans and negotiating with creditors. He participates on behalf of debtors as well as creditors in out-of-court turnarounds and Chapter 11 reorganizations.
As a litigation support consultant, Mr. Jones has provided expert testimony on a range of matters, including business valuation and quantification of economic damages. Mr. Jones also participates in coordinating discovery efforts, developing case strategies and evaluating settlement options.
Mr. Jones is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Valuation Analyst and is a Certified Turnaround Professional. In addition, he is Accredited in Business Valuation and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University. He is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Turnaround Management Association and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, for whom he has been a guest speaker. |
