Chris Gannon has fifteen years of experience working with domestic and international companies as an advisor and investor. Mr. Gannon has designed and implemented numerous financial and operational turnaround plans, has served in interim management capacities, and has negotiated the purchase and sale of a wide range of companies.
Prior to joining Conway MacKenzie, Mr. Gannon was a Vice President/Principal at Talon Group, a private equity firm with a value oriented investment philosophy focused on control investments in performing and distressed businesses, where he was responsible for all investing activities. Previously, he functioned as an operating partner to private equity funds through Caledonia Group where he focused on the financial and operational improvement of portfolio companies. Additionally, he managed turnarounds and restructurings at XRoads Solutions Group and mergers and acquisitions at Dresner Partners and Piper Jaffray.
He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, the Association for Corporate Growth, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Mr. Gannon has served on numerous company boards.
