Jeremy Vann provides financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring services to both performing and under-performing companies.
Prior to joining CM&D Capital Advisors LLC, Mr. Vann was an investment banking analyst for J.P. Morgan Chase where he was involved with all aspects of financial transactions including refinancings, recapitalizations and acquisition financing. Additionally, he was in the Commercial Banking Development Program for Bank One concentrating in the Managed Assets Group.
Mr. Vann received his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Turnaround Management Association.
