Andrea Kindorf provides financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and restructuring services to both performing and under-performing companies.
Prior to joining CM&D Capital, Ms. Kindorf was a valuation analyst at Ernst & Young, LLP where she performed purchase price allocations, business enterprise valuations and reviewed valuation work of other specialists. Additionally, Ms. Hoffman worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP, performing financial statement and Sarbanes Oxley internal control audits for firms in the manufacturing, healthcare and non-profit industries.
Ms. Kindorf received her Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Iowa. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
